FoE Quick Reload

Perk #3 for my FoE side story. This was always a handy Perk to take, specially when you are under fire by several enemies at once. Nothing sucked more then having to ask the super mutants trying to kill you, if they'd mind waiting for you to reload your weapon.

I mean it'd only be fair.

Sadly, those meanie mc meanie pants never did. So I just switched weapons.

Hmmm...come to think of it, maybe I shouldn't have taken this Perk after all...
